Please accept our apologies we have suspended our Online Booking Service. This is to support safe service delivery in response to COVID 19 and Monkeypox Virus.

How to Access the Service

To Access the service you may register for Drop-in/Open Access Clinic from 8am-11am Monday to Friday.  Alternatively if you wish to make an appontment if you have symptoms or concerns you can call 0300 020 0027 and select option 2 between 12:30-13:00 (Monday to Friday).

You will be placed on the Triage list for a call back the same day, where your needs will be assessed, and the appropriate appointment will be made for you as either a telephone or face to face consultation.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time you will be called back.

If you miss your call back, we may not be able to call you back again.

If you have no symptoms and wish for a routine check-up you can order a kit online here as long as you are aged 16 or over, under 16’s will need to make an appointment to be seen face to face.

Contraception

To make an appointment for Contraception please call the service (0300 020 0027 option 2) any time after 10:00 am Monday to Friday and the appropriate appointment will be made for you as either face to face or over the phone. Please note that contraception appointments are made no more than 2 weeks in advance and due to demand the appointment availability can fluctuate.

If you require Emergency Contraception, please call 0300 020 0027 and select Option 2 and ask to speak to the Triage Nurse for advice, or you can search for your nearest Emergency Contraception Provider here.

If you are attending the department, we kindly ask that you wear a face mask or covering, this is to ensure that service users, patients, visitors and staff continue to be protected.
