Symptoms/Concerns
- If you have symptoms or concerns, please call 0300 020 0027 and select option 2 between 8-8:30am (Monday to Friday)
- You will be placed on the Triage list for a call back the same day, where your needs will be assessed and the appropriate appointment will be made for you as either a telephone or face to face consultation.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time you will be called back.
- If you miss your call back, we may not be able to call you back again.
- Due to demand Telephone Triage may close early once the Triage list is full. If your call is "cut off" this means all our operators are busy, please dial again.
No Symptoms/Concerns
If you have no symptoms and wish for a routine check-up you can order a kit online here as long as you are aged 16 or over, under 16’s will need to make an appointment to be seen face to face.
Contraception
To make an appointment for Contraception please call the service (0300 020 0027 option 2) any time after 9am Monday to Friday and the appropriate appointment will be made for you as either face to face or over the phone. Please note that contraception appointments are made no more than 2 weeks in advance and due to demand the appointment availability can fluctuate.
If you require Emergency Contraception please call 0300 020 0027 and select Option 2 and ask to speak to the Triage Nurse for advice, or you can search for your nearest Emergency Contraception Provider here.
