What to do when you arrive
Once you arrive at the clinic, please let reception know that you have arrived.
If you have a booked appointment your Doctor or Nurse will be notified of your arrival and you will be called from the waiting room.
If you are attending Drop-in/Open Access on arrival you will be asked to complete a registration and self-triage form. Depending on your need you will be seen the same day by a doctor or nurse. If clinic capacity is full, you will be offered an appointment within 2 weeks and offered the opportunity to complete a self-taken swab/urine sample for chlamydia and gonorrhoea with or without bloods for HIV and Syphilis. This will help us to address your sexual health needs at your appointment.
Due to the fluctuating demands, you may have to wait to be seen but we will see you as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated on the duration of your possible wait.

When you register with us you will be given a unique clinic identity number, any tests that are completed are sent using this number and your date of birth only. We only use your name to call you from the waiting room.
Absolute confidentiality is fundamental to our service.
